Pre-Focus Prayer
FOCUS isn’t just a ‘mountain top’ event, but a season of expectancy and anticipation.
Prayer increases our awareness of what God is doing – in our own lives and in our Vintage community.
We want to hear God’s voice and to partner with the Holy Spirit, in and through our lives.
So, we’re coming together to pray and to prepare our hearts in the run up to Focus.

From 22nd April until FOCUS 5 days a week
15 minute devotional, 4 days a week
Sabbath dinner with a friend, 1 day a week
You can choose which 5 days you participate each week
The theme for FOCUS (and our devotional) is ‘Flourishing in Exile’. Exploring how our lives can flourish in the city of LA. This devotional has been created by our prayer team to provide short and simple practices that enable different and creative ways of engaging with God in prayer.

Today, we’re looking at a world that needs God to move more than ever. The 24/7 prayer movement was catalyzed through a sense that God is inviting us to activate day-and-night prayer all over the world. Prayer that revives the church. Prayer that rewires our culture. Prayer that births a move of God.
24/7 prayer rooms have been running globally for 25 years. We will be hosting a prayer room at Vintage LA in the week running up to Focus.
Over the years many people have encountered God in these prayer rooms. They have been healed, transformed, and seen miraculous answers to prayer.
We are believing God for more, in our times of prayer and at Focus. Will you join us?
24/7 Prayer Room
The prayer room will facilitate a choice of different kinds of activities across five key areas of prayer:
Worship: lifting our eyes to God
Forgiveness: allowing the Holy Spirit to convict us and lead us in repenting and receiving forgiveness
Contemplation: being still and allowing God to speak
Thankfulness: practicing gratitude
Intercession: contending in prayer for God’s Kingdom to come in our communities and our world
The Prayer room is located behind the church in apartment parking lot.
